We’re seeking a talented Junior – Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll support the execution of engaging user interfaces and intuitive user experiences, collaborating closely with creatives, project managers, the Creative Director, and the development team. Your goal will be to align user needs and business objectives into seamless, effective digital design solutions.
You should have a solid foundation in design principles, a passion for creating user-centered experiences, and a strong aesthetic sense. A willingness to learn, take constructive feedback, and grow within a collaborative team environment is essential.
What you will do
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design low and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Create user-centered interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback to enhance the overall experience.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system for cohesive visuals and interactions.
- Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes and outputs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Knowledge of responsive design and best practices for web and mobile applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Age 20 to 35 years
Educational Qualification
